HALO is expert in providing merchandise catalogue solutions, range development, sourcing, catalogue creation and distribution, plus buying, stock management, pick & pack, dispatch and reporting.

Our extensive knowledge of suppliers worldwide gives HALO’s clients unrivalled access to products from across the globe. HALO’s worldwide network of manufacturers gives clients confidence in matters of supply, quality, reliability, conformance to standards and business practices.

LOGISTICS

HALO has a network of European warehouse facilities with pick & pack capability of supporting in excess of 2,000 shipments per day. These facilities are located in Belgium, Germany, Russia & United Kingdom.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

HALO’s teams of trained customer service advisors are expert in handling in–bound calls, mail enquiries, e–mail correspondence and outgoing sales calls. Dedicated teams of service advisors are assigned to each client and use systems and practices designed specifically to meet the client’s needs.
